Account Deletion Request
Request deletion of your account and personal data from GREENAGE business applications.
What data will be deleted?
When processed, your account profile, login credentials, app preferences, and any associated personal data held within the selected GREENAGE module or app will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
What may be retained?
Some business records may need to be kept for legitimate business, legal, accounting, audit or record-keeping purposes. This can include transaction logs, production records, dispatch records, task completion logs, or other documents that we are required to retain by law or for operational needs.
Where records must be retained, any personally identifiable information will be limited to the minimum necessary and handled in line with our retention practices. We do not guarantee immediate deletion of all business records if retention is required.
